Step 1 Type your text

Step 2 Put a selection around you text hide your type layer click on the background layer.

Step 3 Press apple+j click on your layer styles and choose drop shadow . CLck directly on the words inner shadow ext click on the words innder glow. Click ok

Step 4 drag your type layer to the trash

Step 5 Click on your background layer hold down the apple key +l to brighten your background image
